1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or Indian public holidays are processed on the next working day.

• During peak seasons, including festivals and promotions, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will notify you of any delays.

 

2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

• We ship across India using trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery.

• Currently, RIAMÉ does not ship internationally.

3. Shipping Charges

• Enjoy free domestic shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

 

4. Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery within major cities: 3–7 business days.

• Remote areas: 7–14 business days.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during festive seasons or due to courier constraints.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

6. Delivery & Signature

• A signature may be required upon delivery as proof of receipt.

• If the order is a gift, the recipient's signature will be accepted.

 

7. Address Changes & Redirection

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

• Orders cannot be changed or redirected after dispatch. If delivery fails due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply.

 

8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

• Contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

• Provide your order number and photographs if the package is damaged.

• We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
