1. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation requests are accepted only if the request is made before the order is shipped.

• Cancellation requests cannot be submitted via our website.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Exchange Policy
• You may request a return or exchange only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
• Record a video clearly showing the damage or defect from the outer packaging to the product itself.
• Send the video via WhatsApp to +91 8169713004, along with a description of the issue, within 24 hrs of delivery.
3. Returns/Exchanges Not Accepted If
• The request is made after 24 hours from delivery.
• Any packaging, price tags, labels, accessories, or the original box are missing.
• The product is damaged due to misuse or appears to have been used.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the design,
colour preference, size issues, or accidental orders. Kindly review the product description carefully before placing your order.
• Products purchased under any "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Refunds & Returns order
• In the event of a cancellation, only the amount paid for the cancelled order/item will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to our cancellation policy order
• For approved returns, no monetary refund will be issued. Instead, customers will receive credit note equivalent to the value of the returned product subject to deduction of delivery charge of Rs 100, which can be used for future purchases on our website. The credit nite is non-transferable and is subject to its validity period and application terms. credit store will be transferred after the item passes tge quality inspection.
